Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vermicelli noodles
  • 1 tbsp Basil seeds (Sabja seeds/ Tukmaria)
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
  • 3-4 pistachios

Strawberry rose milk

  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 tbsp soaked almonds (skin removed)
  • 1/3 cup water

Mango Sorbet

  • 2 small mangoes
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Instructions

  • Blend together cubed mangoes and frozen banana. Freeze for atleast 1 hour.
  • Blend together ingredients for strawberry rose milk and refrigerate.
  • Soak basil seeds in 3-4 tbsp water.
  • Boil vermicelli noodles until cooked and cool them down in ice water.
  • Assemble the drink in layers. Add pomegranate arils, vermicelli noodles, basil seeds, strawberry rose milk and 2 small scoops of mango sorbet. Top with pistachios.
