Ingredients

  • 2 large strawberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt (nonfat)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 0.5 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup whole milk

Instructions

  • Blend together buckwheat flour, banana and milk.
  • Heat a non stick pan and drizzle coconut oil.
  • Pour 3 ladles of the batter till the pan is covered in a thin layer.
  • Let it cook on low-medium heat. Flip it to cook the other side as well. Set it aside to cool down.
  • Spread greek yogurt on one side and layer half of the crêpe with sliced strawberries.
  • Top with hemp seeds and fold over the crêpe.
